When will my order Ship?
Depending on the item you chose, it could take as many as 7 days to be processed
Some exceptions to this rule will be listed on the product page
How long does shipping take?
I ship via USPS ground advantage, after it leaves my hands I have no control over it. Allow 7 days to be on the safe side.
RETURNS
What is your Exchange Policy?
We do not off exchanges as most of our products are made to order and personalized
When will I receive my Refund?
We do not do exchanges and refunds as items are personalized and can not be exchanged.
What is your Return Policy?
If your item is damaged or defective you have 3 business days of delivery to reach out to discuss your issue. We will require you to send the item back at your cost.
